July 2026: The Preschool Summer Week (for children starting school in 2027) and the Primary School Preparation Week (for children starting school in 2026) are back! In small groups, children are playfully prepared for school – with language development, number sense, creativity, independence, and first English lessons. This way, they begin their next stage of life with joy, curiosity, and confidence.
Pre-School Summer Week (4-5 Years)
The Preschool Summer Week follows the Austrian preschool curriculum and supports children through playful, holistic learning:

Language & Communication: Expanding vocabulary, listening, rhymes, first sounds and letters

Numbers & Logical Thinking: Counting, recognizing quantities, understanding first number concepts

Fine & Gross Motor Skills: Pencil grip, cutting, gluing, balancing, movement games for body coordination

Social Skills: Independence, group behavior, consideration, and conflict resolution

Creativity & Expression: Painting, crafting, making music, and free creative work

Curiosity & Understanding the World: Observing, asking questions, small experiments, and exploring topics

First Experiences with English: Songs, greetings, colors, numbers, and simple words through playful activities
Primary School Preparation Week (5-6 Years)
The Primary School Preparation Week is designed to build on the requirements of primary school and prepare children in depth:

Language & Writing: Recognizing sounds, dividing syllables, writing first words, forming letters correctly

Math & Thinking: Numbers up to 30, decomposing quantities, first calculations, number lines, patterns, and grids

English: Asking & answering questions, short dialogues, colors, animals, following craft instructions, understanding everyday instructions

Social Learning: Completing tasks independently, teamwork, frustration tolerance, respecting rules, asking meaningful questions

Work Habits & Structure: Using work plans, focusing, taking responsibility, reflecting on own work, building confidence

Creativity & Expression: Structured projects, small presentations, expressing feelings in art, free and imaginative work to foster new ideas
